Sarah Hayley Orrantia
Sarah Hayley Orrantia is an American actress. She was born on February 21, 1993. Her most well-known role is her role on The Goldbergs, an ABC comedy. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne (a country-pop girl group created by Paula Abdul in the first season of The X Factor). In 2015 her debut single "Love Sick," was released. Her debut EP, The Way Out (May 2019), was released. Orrantia began singing at the age of was 9 years old. She began training professionally at the age of 12. She was 13 when she composed her first single. At the age of 13 she composed her first cover track. She also began writing with Jamie Houston, a songwriter who is best known for composing hits for the Disney High School Musical movies. Orrantia was selected to be an audition for the first season in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was chosen based on an YouTube video she submitted. She was awarded four "yes!" votes from the judges in a live audition stage in Seattle. Though she auditioned initially as a solo performer, in "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three other female singers, were put into a group for the remainder of the auditions as Lakoda Rayne. They were then eliminated from live shows during the fifth week.
